Our Hair appointments are not refundable unless stated otherwise. We may offer discounts & sales in which only ONE can be applied at a time .
You can cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking . After this timeframe you are unable to cancel however you may move your date.
SHABELLE HAIR takes pride in ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control by making sure your luxury remy & virgin hair wigs & extensions are fresh, new and only for you. To ensure that we continue to maintain this high level of service and due to hygiene, we are unable to accept wigs.
In the case you change your mind when you receive your wig, you can send it back to us (in the condition it was sent to you in, untampered, unused and unworn) within 14 days of receiving your order (the cost of postage would be your own responsibility). Once we receive the wig, in the condition stated above we will either offer an exchange or create an equivalent store credit which you can later use against our store in the future.
- In the case you have received a faulty wig, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the date you have received your wig. After we have investigated the returned wig and deemed it to be faulty due to manufacturers defect you will be issued with either the option of an exchange or a full/partial refund.
For efficiency and security, we advise using Royal Mail Signed For service or Special Delivery for your own protection if in the United Kingdom. Signed For / Tracked service your local Postal / Shipping Organisation offers if the outside UK. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any product that is not received in our returns centre, please retain your proof of return, so you can dispute delivery with the courier used. If you send a parcel untracked and we do not receive the parcel, we cannot accept liability for the missing parcel and will not be able to process your return.
